The position is both operational and administrative, following the men’s first team training cycle both in the gym and on the training pitch. • Coordinate and support the return-to-training and return-to-play processes in collaboration with the medical department.
  • Oversee all performance-related aspects, including nutrition, in collaboration with the medical department.
  • Take responsibility for testing new signings for the first team and, together with the medical department, evaluate and develop routines.
  • Oversee the integration and development of tools, databases, and reports. In collaboration with the physical department, design reports to be stored in the club's database.
  • Collaborate with the Physical Trainer for the academy and women’s team to exchange expertise and working methods.

Formal qualifications and experience
